After nearly two decades of combined experience in luxury hotels and medical spas, I was inspired to create a space of my own, one where I could share my expertise and passion for skincare and bodywork. Through my continuing education, I developed a deep appreciation for the often-underestimated role of the lymphatic system and the profound benefits of manual lymphatic drainage, which has since become a cornerstone of my practice.

In a world where our immune system is constantly challenged, supporting the body through gentle, restorative techniques is more important than ever. I completed my training with the Academy of the Lymphatic Studies, including certification in Manual Lymphatic Drainage fundamentals and post-operative care. Clients can expect a soothing, deeply relaxing experience. My goal is for you to leave feeling rejuvenated, restored, and confident in your skin.

The Vodder technique is a combination of light skin stretching movements that stimulate the lymph nodes and increase the flow of the lymphatic fluids. The lymph vessels are located just under the skin so this should not be confused with traditional massage which works deeper on the muscle. MLD is recommended for anyone who wants to boost their immune system. It can help people with fibromyalgia, migraine, stress, insomnia, and traumatic edema. It is recommended after surgery to reduce swelling and scar tissue.

MLD promotes the movement of lymph which helps remove waste and therefore reduce swelling and puffiness in the face. It encourages the delivery of oxygen as well as improved hydration to the skin cells leading to a much healthier and glowing completion.
